Car Sort Level 12 Solution Walkthrough
Video Analysis Notes
The video is mostly a silent visual walkthrough. The available English captions contain music markers and short nonsensical vocal sounds, so this guide is based on frame-by-frame visual analysis of the first clear solution and the replay shown later in the video.
The first full solve runs roughly from 0:05 to 1:30. The replay begins around 1:35 and shows the same route more clearly. The demonstrated solution clears cars near the outer roads first, then uses the opened lanes to release the central horizontal row and the lower stacked groups.
Level Overview
Car Sort Level 12 is a multi-color routing puzzle with cars split across upper, middle, and lower sections.
The upper area contains vertical parking slots and a road that exits toward the right side. The middle has two dark parking rows holding cyan, blue, yellow, and other blockers. The lower area contains red, blue, purple, green, and pink cars that cannot move safely until the middle road opens.
The main challenge is not speed. The level is solved by clearing color batches in the right order so every completed batch creates room for the next one.
Goal
Clear every car by sending each one into the matching colored garage.
Main Strategy
Start with cars that are already close to the outer road or exit path. The safest route for Level 12 is:
- Clear orange and pink first to open the upper and middle roads.
- Move red, blue, and yellow to empty the central parking rows.
- Release purple and green during the middle phase to open the lower section.
- Finish with cyan, remaining pink, blue, and green cars.
Do not rush the lower cars at the beginning. They need the middle road and parking rows to open before they can leave without clogging the route.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Step 1: Start With the Exposed Orange Cars
Begin by tapping the orange cars that are already near the upper road and middle outer road.
These orange cars have the cleanest exit path at the start. Removing them opens the right-side road and gives the next pink, red, and yellow cars more room to move.
Step 2: Clear the First Pink Group
After the orange cars move out, tap the exposed pink cars. The first pink group appears around the upper vertical slots and the right side of the middle section.
This pink group helps open the upper half of the board. If you leave these cars in place, the right-side route stays crowded and the later colors have less room to exit.
Step 3: Release the First Red Cars
Once the middle road is wider, begin tapping the exposed red cars in the lower and middle areas.
The video does not clear red immediately at the start. Red becomes safer after orange and pink have already opened the route. Clearing red creates the first useful space in the lower section.
Step 4: Move the Blue Cars to Open the Lower Row
After red starts leaving, blue becomes one of the main blockers. Tap the blue cars in the lower row and middle area as a batch.
Clearing blue opens visible space in the lower horizontal row. This is important because purple, green, and yellow need that space later. Avoid mixing too many other colors into the route while blue is moving.
Step 5: Clear the Central Yellow Row
The yellow cars in the middle are one of the key blockers in Level 12. Once the road is open enough, tap the central yellow cars.
The video waits to clear yellow until after orange, pink, red, and blue have made room. This matters because the yellow row sits deeper in the board. When yellow leaves, the middle parking area becomes much more open.
Step 6: Finish the Exposed Orange Group
After the yellow row opens space, another orange group on the right becomes easy to release. Tap these orange cars and finish the orange batch.
The goal here is to remove an already-exposed color before it sits in the road and blocks the next transfer. Once orange is gone, purple and green have a cleaner route.
Step 7: Clear the Purple Cars
Next, focus on purple. Purple cars are spread across the lower-left vertical area, the lower section, and the upper-right area.
The replay shows purple being cleared after the middle opens. At this point, purple has enough road space to move without getting stuck behind the central parking rows. Clearing purple also opens the lower-left side of the board.
Step 8: Move the Green Cars
After purple leaves, green cars become much easier to reach. Tap the exposed green cars in the middle and lower areas.
Green acts as a late unlocking color in this level. Once the green cars are gone, the remaining cyan, pink, and blue cars can travel through a cleaner route.
Step 9: Clear the Cyan Cars
When the upper and middle roads are mostly open, start tapping the cyan cars. Cyan cars appear in the middle dark parking rows and the upper-right area.
The video does not release cyan too early. Waiting until yellow, purple, and green have moved prevents cyan from clogging the right-side route.
Step 10: Send the Remaining Pink Cars
Near the end, a remaining pink group becomes exposed. At this point, the road is open enough to move pink directly in a batch.
Keep the pink cars together instead of switching randomly between colors. A clean same-color run keeps the road from filling with waiting cars.
Step 11: Finish the Last Blue, Green, and Cyan Cars
The final cars are mostly scattered blue, green, and cyan cars. Send them out by color whenever the matching route is open.
When the last batch enters the correct garage, the Level Completed screen appears and Level 12 is solved.
Recommended Tap Order Summary
Use this color priority:
- Orange
- Pink
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
- Remaining orange
- Purple
- Green
- Cyan
- Remaining pink
- Final blue / green / cyan cars
This is a color-batch order, not an exact coordinate-by-coordinate tap list. In play, tap the currently exposed cars of the active color as long as their road is clear.
Key Tips for Level 12
- Do not start by tapping random lower cars.
- Orange and pink are the opening colors because they unlock the upper and middle roads.
- Red, blue, and yellow clear the main lower-middle blockers.
- Wait until the road is open before clearing the central yellow row.
- Purple and green are safer in the middle or late phase because they need more travel space.
- Save cyan until the right-side and middle routes are clear.
- Move cars in same-color batches whenever possible to avoid mixed traffic on the road.
Why This Solution Works
Level 12 is built around layered blockers. Orange and pink open the outer route first. Red and blue then clear the lower horizontal row. Yellow removes the central blocker. Purple and green open the lower side of the board. By the time cyan, pink, blue, and green remain, the board has enough empty space for a clean finish.
The solution works because each color batch turns a blocked lane into usable space. As long as you keep the road open and avoid mixing too many colors at once, Level 12 can be cleared consistently.
