Two-Band Solution

The board is split into an upper shelf band and a lower column band. The upper band has yellow and blue near the first route, while red and purple block the center. Green and yellow wait below, but they are not the opener.

Clear yellow from the top, then move blue from the upper shelf. Those two moves create enough space to work through the middle. Next remove the red middle blockers, then the purple middle stack. Watch the frame near the completion screen: the lower columns only become comfortable after this middle row has thinned out.

With the center open, move the green lower columns and finish the remaining yellow/blue bottom cars.

Order to follow:

yellow top -> blue upper shelf -> red middle -> purple middle -> green lower columns -> yellow/blue bottom

The lower green cars are the common early mistake. They should be saved until the center has stopped feeding mixed traffic into the road.
