Step Notes

1. The first checkpoint in Level 197 is purple upper shelf; clearing it prevents the opening lane from becoming a mixed queue.
2. Bring out cyan middle shelf at this point in Level 197, when the road has a single direction and the matching garage path is no longer hidden.
3. Treat green center shelf as a controlled middle release for Level 197; clear the blocker in front of it before starting another shelf.
4. For Level 197, move yellow lower lane only after the lane from the previous batch is open; this keeps the next shelf from feeding into mixed traffic.
5. Use red right row as the next checkpoint in Level 197, because it spends the space created by the prior group instead of competing for the same road.
6. Finish Level 197 with blue cleanup; by then the board should have enough open lane space to avoid another jam.

Purple, cyan, and green work down the upper, middle, and center shelves. Yellow receives the lower lane only after those three rows stop moving, followed by red on the right and blue cleanup.
