Keep The Center Spine Open

Car Sort Level 39 has two uneven banks of short shelves separated by a narrow vertical road. The left bank holds green, cyan, dark cars, red, yellow, and pink. The right bank contains cyan, pink, white, red, and another lower shelf. Every group needs the same center spine, so alternating sides after every tap quickly creates a traffic jam.

Use this side-aware order:

upper-left green -> upper-right cyan -> left dark group -> left red -> right white -> left yellow -> right red -> left pink -> right blue -> lower green/pink/yellow cleanup

Green and cyan establish space at the top. The middle dark, red, and white shelves then widen the spine. Blue and the remaining bright colors are safest once both banks have shortened.

Work Across Paired Shelves

Start with green from the top-left shelf. It has the cleanest path into the center and opens the upper intersection. Move cyan from the top-right only after green has reached its garage. This gives both sides one open shelf without leaving two colors nose-to-tail.

Clear the dark group on the left next. Those cars sit directly beside the spine and block the red shelf below. Follow with the exposed left red group. Do not touch the second red group on the right yet; it needs the white shelf above it to move first.

Switch to white on the right. White opens the middle-right bank and reveals a cleaner route for its red row. Before clearing that red, use yellow from the left if the spine has returned to empty. Then send the right-side red batch.

Pink from the lower-left shelf is the next release. Blue on the right should wait until pink has finished crossing, since both groups enter the lower half of the same vertical lane. Complete blue, then clear the remaining green, pink, and yellow rows according to which side is exposed.

Spine Checkpoints And Mistakes

After green and cyan, the top of the central road should be empty. After the dark and first red groups, the left bank should have a visible gap through its middle. White creates the matching gap on the right. These openings are the best checkpoints for the Level 39 solution.

If the spine contains cars pointing in both directions, stop tapping new shelves. Complete the color nearest its matching garage, then finish the other waiting color. If right-side red is blocked, white was not fully cleared. If blue cannot enter, pink or yellow is probably still occupying the lower spine.

The board becomes simple once the center is treated as a one-color lane. Each pair of shelves removes pressure from opposite sides, and the final short rows can then cross without meeting another unfinished batch.
