Car Sort: Color Puzzle Level 504 Solution Walkthrough

Tall Main Road

The board has a long central lane running from the bottom entrance to the top. Yellow, cyan, orange, purple, green, red, pink, and light blue appear across the side shelves. The right side has several neat horizontal garages, while the left side has stacked short shelves that can easily drip the wrong color into the main road.

Recommended order:

cyan upper road -> red right-middle -> green right-lower -> purple right-middle -> yellow left-center -> orange upper-left -> pink lower-left -> blue lower-right -> final side cleanup

Cyan opens the top of the main road. Red, green, and purple stabilize the right shelves. Yellow, orange, and pink should wait until the vertical lane is ready to receive them.

Keep The Center Lane Clean

Start with cyan near the upper road. Cyan clears the first vertical stretch and creates room for cars from the right side to pass. If cyan is still sitting in the center, do not tap the lower-left shelves.

Red from the right-middle is the next safe group. It has a visible row and can leave once the top of the road is open. Green from the right-lower shelf follows. Green is important because it removes pressure from the lower half of the right side and gives purple a cleaner lane.

Purple should move after green. The replay shows purple becoming safe when the center road is clear from top to bottom, not while red or green is still crossing.

Left Shelf Timing

Yellow from the left-center should wait until the right-side rows have made space. Yellow has to enter the same vertical road, and if it is opened too early it blocks both the upper and lower shelves. Once purple has settled, move yellow as one group.

Orange from the upper-left follows. It uses the upper turn and should not be mixed with pink traffic from below. Pink from the lower-left is a later side release; use it only after the orange group has cleared enough of the main lane.

This level becomes easier when you treat each left shelf as a timed feeder rather than a storage area. A shelf is safe only when its color can leave immediately.

Right-Side Finish

Blue and light-blue cars on the lower-right side are cleanup groups. Move them after the left shelves have stopped feeding into the vertical lane. If the road pauses near the bottom entrance, a side shelf is still holding a blocker.

The final state should show full color groups traveling straight up or down the main road, with no two colors fighting for the same short turn.

Recovery Advice

If Level 504 jams, clear the vertical road before making any new tap. Red, green, and purple are the usual right-side stabilizers; yellow and orange should not be used to force the road open.

If the left side was opened too early, finish the visible left color completely, then return to the right-side sequence. The board has enough room, but only when the central lane is treated as the main checkpoint.
