Car Sort: Color Puzzle Level 540 Solution Walkthrough
Route Reference
Key opening, middle, and finish positions for this route.

U-Road And Middle Layers
The opening layout has top stacks, a wide U-shaped road on the left, and three horizontal parking layers in the center. Pale purple, orange, pink, green, red, blue, yellow, cyan, purple, and white appear. The center layers are the main bottleneck, not the outer road.
Recommended order:
pale purple upper-left -> orange upper-middle -> pink upper-right -> green center-left -> red center-right -> blue middle -> yellow lower-left -> green lower-middle -> purple bottom-left -> pink/white bottom cleanup
Pale purple, orange, and pink open the top. Green and red clear the middle. Yellow and lower green prepare the bottom cleanup.
Top Lock Opening
Start with pale purple from the upper-left. It opens the first top lane. Orange from the upper-middle follows, then pink from the upper-right. These three colors reduce pressure before the center rows move.
Do not open the bottom garages while the top locks still feed into the middle. The U-road is wide, but the center is not.
The first checkpoint is a calmer top row with the middle lanes ready to release.
If a top lock is still feeding orange or pink into the center, keep working on the top. Starting the lower layers too soon fills the U-road with colors that cannot pass the middle parking lanes.
Center Layer Sequence
Green from the center-left is the first key middle color. It opens the left side of the parking layers. Red from the center-right follows and clears the next blocker. Blue from the middle can then move through the opened U-road.
If red is still parked in the center, blue should wait. If blue is still in the middle layer, yellow should wait.
The middle layers should move like a ladder. Green opens the left layer, red clears the right blocker, and blue creates the lane for the lower colors. Skipping one step usually parks yellow in the wrong place.
Lower Cleanup
Yellow from the lower-left becomes safe after blue. Green from the lower-middle follows, then purple from the bottom-left. Pink and white are final cleanup colors once the middle lanes are empty.

Recovery Advice
If Level 540 jams, clear the middle layer already exposed. Green, red, and blue are the core checkpoint colors. If the bottom was opened too early, finish the center before continuing with yellow and lower green.
If pink or white stalls at the end, the U-road is probably still holding a lower color. Clear yellow, green, or purple first, then finish the bottom cleanup.
When the final cleanup does not match the replay, look for a leftover black-covered middle row. Clear the exposed center color before forcing pink or white through the bottom lane.
