Car Sort: Color Puzzle Level 546 Solution Walkthrough
Route Reference
Key opening, middle, and finish positions for this route.

Barrel Gates And Middle Parking
The opening board has top barrels, a wide middle parking band, and small lower garages. Light green, cyan, red, blue, purple, yellow, orange, brown, and green all appear. The center band is the bottleneck because every lower color must pass through it.
Recommended order:
light green center-left -> cyan center -> red center -> blue center-right -> purple right-center -> yellow lower-left -> green lower-middle -> orange lower-middle -> brown lower-right -> purple final cleanup
Light green and cyan open the middle. Red and blue then create the lane for the right side.
Clear The Middle Band
Start with light green from the center-left. It opens the first middle space and makes the barrel gates useful. Cyan follows from the center. Move cyan completely before red, because both colors need the same horizontal road.
Red is the next stabilizer. It clears a visible middle blocker. Blue follows from the center-right, then purple from the right-center. These colors should each leave as a full group.
The checkpoint is a middle band that no longer contains mixed light green, cyan, red, blue, and purple traffic.
If one of those colors is still parked under the barrel gates, keep working on the middle band. Opening the lower garages before the middle is empty makes the yellow and green cars stop directly under the barrels.
Lower Garage Timing
Yellow from the lower-left becomes safe after the middle clears. Green from the lower-middle follows, then orange. Brown from the lower-right should wait until orange is gone.
If the lower garages are opened while blue or purple is still in the middle, the road backs up quickly. Keep the center empty before every lower move.
Final Cleanup
Purple leftovers and any small top-barrel colors finish last. The top barrels should only feed the road after the main middle and lower groups have been handled.

Recovery Advice
If Level 546 jams, clear the center band first. The safe reset is light green, cyan, red, blue, then purple. If a lower garage was opened early, stop there and finish the visible center color before moving yellow, green, orange, or brown.
If the final barrel side does not move, check for a leftover lower color on the horizontal road. Clear it, then resume the final purple or top cleanup.
For a late recovery, read the lower garages from left to right. Yellow opens the lower-left, green clears the middle, orange releases the next pocket, and brown should wait until the turn is open.
