Central Blue Gate

Car Sort Level 97 is built around a square road with a blue gate-like block in the middle. Tall yellow and purple stacks sit above the road, while the bottom row contains locked garages with numbers. Orange, cyan, blue, red, white, green, and pink all appear in the middle, so the board can jam quickly if the central gate is filled with the wrong color.

The main idea is to open the top pressure first, then drain the center columns before the bottom garages are treated as normal exits. Yellow and purple are not just colors here; they are the pieces that free the road around the blue gate.

Route Order

Follow this order:

1. Yellow top-left stack
2. Purple top-right stack
3. Cyan cars around the blue center
4. Orange middle-right group
5. Blue center group
6. Red side cars
7. White lower-left cleanup
8. Green and pink bottom groups

Yellow and purple start the route because they open the top side of the loop. Cyan and orange then clear the middle. Blue should wait until the central block has enough space to release as a group.

Gate Control

Start with yellow from the top-left. These cars have a clear vertical source and help open the upper road. Once yellow is moving, clear the purple stack on the top-right. Purple gives the right side more space and prevents the top from trapping the later colors.

Next, work on cyan around the central blue gate. Cyan cars appear in the middle columns and become reachable after the top stacks thin out. Send cyan together so it does not split between the center and the lower locks.

Orange is the next practical release. The orange group sits on the middle-right side and can block the right road if ignored. Clear orange before forcing the blue center. Blue is important, but if you move it too early, it can sit in the gate and stop red or cyan from passing.

After orange and cyan are mostly gone, move blue through the center. This opens the board for the lower half. Red can then move along the side, followed by white from the lower-left area. Green and pink are best left for the final cleanup because their lower garages become safer once the numbered locks have opened.

Recovery Advice

If Level 97 stops matching the route, check the central gate first. A single blue, orange, or cyan car parked there can block every bottom garage. Clear the car that is already in the gate before opening another color from the bottom row.

The level finishes cleanly when the top stacks are gone, the center gate is empty, and the bottom groups are handled one color at a time.
