Car Sort: Color Puzzle Level 145 route reference

Reading The Board

Level 145 is built around one tall left-side road. The right shelves are the real pressure point: orange and yellow sit high, a white band blocks the middle, and pink/cyan rows are waiting lower down. The opening position shows the road mouth still crowded, so the first job is not to empty the bottom. It is to make that left road usable.

Start from the upper blue cars near the road mouth. They create the first travel lane and stop the board from stacking cars in the vertical corridor. After that, move the orange row on the upper-right shelf, then the yellow row below it. These two batches reduce the right wall and expose the middle shelf without forcing lower cars into the lane too early.

When the right side starts thinning out, switch to the pink lower-right row. Pink is safer at this point because the road already has space from the earlier orange/yellow movement. The final stretch is the cyan and blue bottom cleanup, followed by any remaining white or yellow cars on the right shelf.

Recommended order:

upper blue road mouth -> orange upper-right shelf -> yellow right shelf -> pink lower-right row -> cyan/blue bottom -> white/yellow leftovers

The main mistake is touching cyan or blue from the bottom before the right shelf is reduced. Those cars look available, but the route reference shows they are late-route cars, not the opener.

Detailed Play Notes

Begin by studying the opening layout rather than tapping the nearest parked car. The left road is narrow, and the cars on the right shelves all need that same road to exit. If the first few taps send bottom cars into the lane, the orange and yellow shelves remain locked and the whole board starts holding mixed colors.

  1. Open the road mouth with upper blue. Tap the exposed blue cars closest to the left vertical road. This is the safest opener because it removes cars already positioned near the lane instead of pulling from the bottom.
  2. Do not drain the bottom blue row yet. The lower blue and cyan rows should wait. They look easy, but they use the same vertical lane that the right shelves need.
  3. Move the upper-right orange row as one batch. Once the road mouth clears, orange can travel without blocking the left side. Keep orange together until the shelf has visibly shortened.
  4. Follow with the yellow shelf directly below. Yellow is the next useful row because it opens the middle of the right stack. If one yellow car is still covered, clear the blocker in front of it and return to yellow.
  5. Use pink after the right side is thinner. Pink becomes practical only after orange and yellow create space. Pulling pink too early leaves it sitting in the road.
  6. Finish the bottom once the lane is stable. Now move cyan and the remaining blue cars from the bottom row. At this point they should travel directly instead of becoming storage.
  7. Clean up white/yellow leftovers last. Any remaining pale or yellow cars on the right are late cleanup pieces. Do not interrupt an active bottom batch for them unless they are directly blocking the route.

If your board differs from the route reference, use the condition of the left road as the checkpoint. Continue only when that road is mostly empty and the active color has a clear garage path.

Board Checkpoints For Level 145

Use this Car Sort: Color Puzzle Level 145 solution walkthrough as a board-state guide, not just a tap list. After the first blue move, the left road should have a clean vertical opening. After orange and yellow leave the right shelves, the middle of the board should look lighter and the pink row should no longer be trapped behind the upper shelf. Before the final cyan/blue sweep, the right side should no longer be feeding new cars into the road.

If the board does not match those checkpoints, do not restart immediately. Look for the color currently occupying the left road. Clear that color to its garage first, then return to the route. Most Level 145 mistakes come from starting a second color while the first color is still sitting in the only lane.
