The first solve reaches the completion pop-up, and the later replay frames are easier to read. Use the replay as the cleaner reference: it shows the upper purple columns, the cyan/white middle band, and the heavy purple/blue bottom stacks without as much motion blur.

Open with the cyan row in the middle, then clear the white row beside it. These two rows are the gate for the rest of the board. Purple is visible from the start, but the lower purple stacks need room before they can move cleanly, so do not treat purple as the first full clear.

After cyan and white shrink, remove the upper purple columns. That opens the vertical route down to the lower area. Pull blue from the lower stacks next, then clean up the small yellow and orange side cars that become exposed during the replay sequence. Leave the deepest purple cars for the end, when the center no longer has to carry cyan or blue traffic.

Follow this route:

cyan middle row -> white middle row -> upper purple columns -> lower blue stacks -> yellow/orange side cars -> bottom purple

If your board begins to jam, compare it to the frame around the replay start: the center should be mostly open before bottom purple becomes a good move.
