The important idea is to start with green left pocket, then use the space from that group to reach pink right block. Save purple cleanup for cleanup, when the board has fewer blockers and the matching garage path is more direct.

Safe Route Order

1. Start Level 172 with green left pocket, since that batch loosens the entrance before the lower cars need to travel.
2. Bring out blue upper shelf at this point in Level 172, when the road has a single direction and the matching garage path is no longer hidden.
3. Treat yellow center shelf as a controlled middle release for Level 172; clear the blocker in front of it before starting another shelf.
4. For Level 172, move pink right block only after the lane from the previous batch is open; this keeps the next shelf from feeding into mixed traffic.
5. Use red bottom group as the next checkpoint in Level 172, because it spends the space created by the prior group instead of competing for the same road.
6. Use purple cleanup as the Level 172 cleanup group, when earlier shelves have stopped blocking the final path.

Green opens the left pocket, then blue and yellow empty the upper and center shelves. Pink should enter the right block only when one complete bend of the box is free. Red follows from below and leaves the last lap to purple. If both bends become occupied, finish the car already closest to its garage, close that full color, and restore one empty corner before continuing.

Fixing A Jam

Keep one side of the box empty; once both bends hold mixed colors, there is no room to rotate the next batch. For recovery, finish the color that already has cars in the road before tapping a new shelf.
