If the vertical road contains two colors, stop all counters. Finish the color farther down the lane, then complete the second. Resume from the highest unfinished platform.

If the top road blocks, stop shelf and bottom taps. If the bottom crossing blocks, stop the top towers and finish the active lower batch. Cars already on the road always take priority over covered layers.

Avoid opening the bottom pink group while middle red is still moving. Both enter near the same crossing and can form a late mixed queue even when most of the board is empty.

The replay is also useful for judging the small side garages. They should become active between shelf phases, not while a long shelf row is moving. If a side counter is lower than the replay but the vertical lane is crowded, stop using it and finish the shelf color already on the road. If it is higher while the lane is clear, complete its visible layer before proceeding downward.

During the final bank phase, compare the crossing rather than the remaining numbers. Yellow and purple should leave a clean route for cyan and orange. Pink is safest only after the middle red platform has stopped feeding cars. These state checks preserve the solution even if two matching groups were combined in a slightly different tap order.
