Reading The U-Road

Car Sort Level 55 is built around a tall U-shaped road. The left and right side roads feed into the top lane, while the lower edge holds four garage blocks that only become useful after the middle traffic clears. The opening board looks crowded because the upper section is packed with pink, red, blue, purple, yellow, and orange cars, and several lower garages are still partly hidden behind black question-mark slots.

The safest Level 55 solution is to avoid pulling the bottom cars too early. The replay works because it first opens the upper road, then uses the right side lane and bottom entrances as controlled release points. Yellow cars sit along the outside road, orange cars guard the lower corners, and the purple stack on the right can become a traffic jam if it is tapped before the lane beside it is ready.

Think of the board in three zones: the top shelf, the center parking block, and the bottom cleanup row. The top shelf gives the first usable road space. The center block contains the main pink, red, blue, and purple batches. The bottom row should wait until the road can send each color directly into its matching garage.

Route Order

Use this color order as the main route reference:

1. Yellow road-edge cars
2. Pink upper-left stack
3. Red center stack
4. Blue middle stack
5. Purple right stack
6. Orange lower-edge cars
7. Red bottom-left garage group
8. White and green bottom groups
9. Yellow and blue cleanup

This is not a random color list. Yellow starts the level because it clears the outside road and gives the upper U-shape room to breathe. Pink and red then remove the block sitting in the center of the board. Blue opens the middle lane, purple drains the right-side parking column, and orange should wait until the lower edge is no longer acting as the only escape route.

Step-By-Step Notes

Start with the yellow cars on the road edge. They are visible along the outside path and are safe because the yellow garage path is already readable. Clearing them first stops the U-road from becoming a narrow mixed queue. Do not begin with the lower hidden stacks; they do not have enough space yet.

After the first yellow cars leave, move into the pink stack on the upper-left side of the center block. Pink is useful here because it removes a solid vertical group without disturbing the lower garages. Once the pink lane is mostly empty, the board has a larger pocket for red and blue to travel through.

Next, clear the red cars in the center. Red controls one of the tightest parts of the board, and sending it as a group keeps the route clean. If a red car is still buried behind blue or pink, do not tap around the whole board looking for it. Clear the exposed car that is blocking the same column, then return to red.

Blue should follow red. The blue stack sits in the middle-right portion of the upper block, and it becomes much safer after the red cars have left. When blue drains, the right side of the board starts to open, which makes the purple column easier to handle.

Now release purple from the right stack. This is the move that connects the center cleanup to the right-side lane. If purple is moved too early, the cars can collect along the right road and block the next color. Wait until the lane beside the purple stack has enough space, then send purple in one controlled run.

Once the upper and middle sections are open, handle orange around the lower edge. Orange is risky in the opening because it sits near the bottom entrances, but at this stage it works as a bridge into the cleanup row. Clear orange only when it can move without trapping the red or green garages below.

Bottom Cleanup

The bottom half is where Level 55 often goes wrong. The red garage on the lower-left, the white garage near the center, the green block, and the yellow/blue finish all need separate lanes. Do not tap across all four bottom groups at once. Finish red first if the left garage is open, then move white and green while the middle road is clear.

Yellow and blue are best saved for the final pass. By then, the outside road and the center block should both be empty enough that these cars can go straight home. If your replay state does not match the route, look for one car sitting at the lower road mouth. Clearing that single blocker is usually enough to restore the order.

Level 55 becomes manageable when the U-road is treated as a circulation lane, not a parking area. Open the top, drain the center by color, release the right stack, and only then empty the bottom garages.
