Read the crowded inner rectangle

The upper bank exposes red, green, cyan, purple, blue, and orange. Center shelves show pink, yellow, purple, red, blue, cyan, and several numbered cells. At the final handoff, choose the bottom column closest to the currently empty corner. Clear it entirely and allow the marker to leave the side road. The far column can then take the full perimeter. This nearest-first finish avoids trapping one last car behind the lower garage mouths.

Keep the striped center truly empty

The dark horizontal stripes are the working space for every later group. After pink, yellow-purple, and red-blue, inspect each stripe from edge to edge. A colored cell at the far side may be the tail of a batch rather than part of the next layer. Complete it before cyan opens the lower route.
