Read the ladder from the exposed rung

The opening shelves show purple, pink, blue, cyan, and red around dark garage cells. Covered rungs beneath them later reveal orange, green, yellow, brown, white, and repeated purple-blue layers. The safest route follows the rung that already touches the open perimeter.

Do not tap an attractive lower rung while a higher one still feeds the perimeter. Their entrances point toward the same corner.

Clear the upper zigzag

Start with purple on the upper-left, then finish pink from the opposing shelf. Blue follows from the left, and cyan from the right. This alternating order clears each side of the top bend without mixing colors.

Red is the first central handoff. Drain its complete face only after cyan disappears. When red leaves, the upper shelves should form a dark zigzag and the next orange or green rung should be fully exposed.

If two top colors remain, finish the row nearest the empty corner. Avoid collecting a repeated blue or purple from below; it belongs to a later garage count.

Work through orange and green

Orange occupies a broad right-side rung and should leave before green when it blocks the perimeter entrance. Green then clears the opposite shelf. Their removal opens a second purple-blue pair deeper in the ladder.

Finish purple, pause, then blue. These repeated groups are larger than the opening faces and may take longer to clear. Keep the road untouched until the final marker disappears.

Unlock the yellow-brown middle

Yellow becomes visible across a middle rung. Clear it continuously, then take brown or orange from the neighboring face. Brown needs the long side of the rectangle, so no pink or cyan marker should remain at either corner.

White is exposed below this pair and provides a clean reset. Finish white before pink if white already meets the road. Pink follows through the empty shelf gap and lowers the last covers.

The correct late checkpoint shows dark shelves through the center and solid cleanup rows only near the bottom. Any mixed central rung indicates an earlier face is incomplete.

Finish the lower ladder

Cyan and orange are common final rows, followed by green, yellow, or blue. Continue alternating sides only when the perimeter is empty. The location of the entrance matters more than the color name: take the full face directly connected to the dark road.

If a covered row changes while a car is moving, wait. Starting the new row early can park one color at the upper corner and another at the lower corner, blocking both approaches.

Recovery advice

A jam near the top belongs to purple, pink, blue, cyan, or red. A middle blockage points to orange, green, the repeated purple-blue pair, yellow, or brown. A car stopped low on the perimeter belongs to white, pink, cyan, orange, or the final cleanup face.

Complete the colored rung at the same height as the stranded car. Do not open a different shelf merely to find a matching color. If one cover stays closed, inspect the rung immediately above it for a remaining car.

Restart only when partial colors occupy opposite perimeter corners and neither matching rung can release a complete group. Otherwise, finish the older batch, let the road reset, and resume from the highest exposed solid face.

Before completion, scan from top to bottom: every cleared rung should be dark, the perimeter should contain no marker, and one solid lower row should remain. Drain that row without switching. Level 388 is solved by following the ladder’s actual release depth—upper purple-pink-blue-cyan, central red-orange-green, repeated purple-blue, then yellow-brown-white—rather than chasing identical colors across the stacked shelves.

The replay may expose two complete rows at once near the end. Choose the higher connected row, because it owns the first free corner. Once it is dark, the lower row has the entire rectangle and becomes a simple finish.

Rung-by-rung checkpoints

After the first purple-pink-blue-cyan zigzag, the top four shelf entrances should be dark. After red, orange, and green, the center connector should be open from one side of the perimeter to the other. After the deeper purple-blue pair, yellow and brown should appear as full horizontal faces rather than partial columns. Use these shapes to confirm that you have completed the correct layer.

When the board is crowded, trace the empty road inward from the perimeter. The first colored rung it reaches is the next source to finish. A lower row behind that source is not ready, even if its counter is visible. This method prevents accidental skips when several covers turn at nearly the same time.

During white-pink-cyan-orange cleanup, wait at the lower corner after every row. The last marker often takes longer to leave than the counter animation. A completely dark corner is the signal for the next rung. If one colored marker remains, return to its row and finish it before continuing.
