Identify the three layers

The top towers expose blue, orange, white, and green around dark cells. The square loop encloses purple, cyan, pink, and covered faces. At the bottom, numbered columns hold green, blue, red, yellow, white, and orange layers. Each layer uses the same narrow vertical connector.

Use this route:

top blue/orange → white upper face → green left tower → purple loop face → cyan center → first bottom blue/green → pink middle release → red and yellow columns → returning purple/white → orange-cyan cleanup

The center group takes priority whenever a complete face appears inside the loop.

Open the upper connector

Clear blue and orange from the top row, one complete face at a time. White follows through the empty upper bend. Green is the larger side tower and should move only after the first three groups have disappeared.

Purple inside the loop becomes reachable next. Finish it before cyan. These short center groups clear the junction and reduce the first lower cover.

The opening checkpoint shows dark upper columns, an empty top connector, and one exposed blue or green face below the loop.

Release the first bottom pair

Blue and green use the lower corners. Clear the face already touching the road, wait for its marker to vanish, then take the other. Do not combine either with a repeated upper layer.

Their counters expose pink in the middle. Pink is a reset group: clear it immediately while the square is empty. Red and yellow then become available in separate lower columns.

Clear red and yellow without crossing

Red should leave first when it owns the inside lower corner. Yellow follows after the road is dark. Both columns contain several cars, so tapping a newly exposed white face before the last marker arrives will block the bottom edge.

When red and yellow are gone, purple and white reappear in deeper layers. Finish purple from the center-facing side, then white. This pair opens the last orange and cyan columns.

At the late checkpoint, the square road should be empty, the upper bank fully dark, and only solid faces along the bottom should remain.

Complete the lower columns

Orange normally precedes cyan because it lies closer to the open connector. Finish orange, allow its counter to settle, then drain cyan. A small blue, green, or pink remainder can follow as the final batch.

If two columns are exposed, use the one whose entrance has no marker. Never alternate between them. The loop gives the impression of two directions, but both batches still share the vertical connector.

Recovery by layer

A jam above the square belongs to blue, orange, white, or green. A car paused on the loop belongs to purple, cyan, or pink. A blockage below the loop points to blue, green, red, yellow, white, orange, or cyan from the lower columns. Finish the visible source in that layer.

If the center counter remains unchanged, inspect the complete inner face and clear its last car. If a bottom cover stays shut, the adjacent exposed column is incomplete. Restart only when different colors occupy both ends of the connector and neither source is accessible.

Before the final tap, verify the top is dark, all four loop corners are empty, and exactly one lower face retains color. The last cars should travel directly through the connector and trigger completion without another reveal.

Level 389 is a sequence of controlled vertical handoffs. Blue-orange-white-green opens the top, purple-cyan clears the loop, blue-green exposes pink, red-yellow unlocks the returning purple-white pair, and orange-cyan closes the lower bank. Waiting for the square to empty between these phases prevents nearly every jam.

If your state differs from the route reference, return to the last recognizable checkpoint. Complete the nearest solid face, leave all newly revealed covers untouched until the road clears, and resume from the same layer rather than jumping across the board.

Square-loop checkpoints

The first stable state comes after the top blue-orange-white-green sweep: the road above the square is dark and purple or cyan is fully visible inside. The second comes after bottom blue-green and the pink reset: both lower corners are empty, with red and yellow exposed as separate columns. The final checkpoint follows the returning purple-white pair, when orange and cyan are the only substantial faces left.

If a checkpoint is missing, use the occupied corner to identify the unfinished group. The upper corner points back to the first tower bank, the inner corner to purple, cyan, or pink, and the lower corner to the active bottom column. Do not tap around the obstruction; complete its source and wait until the entire loop is dark.

For the last orange-cyan exchange, one full lap should belong to orange and the next to cyan. If the first cyan car enters before orange has disappeared, stop cyan immediately and finish orange. The empty square left by orange will then carry cyan safely to completion.

The central square is your final audit. All four sides should be dark before the last column begins. The top towers must be empty, pink must no longer occupy the inner bay, and only one bottom counter should show a colored face. If two bottom faces remain, clear the one closest to the vertical connector and wait for a full loop reset. The second then becomes the true finishing group.

Wait for its garage number to disappear completely before accepting the board as solved; a lingering marker means the prior column still needs attention.
